Out of warranty footwear can be refurbished with original factory parts through an extended wear package. This package includes any necessary replacement or repair of stitching, profiled rubber toe caps, insoles, and retreading of soles. Footwear will be cleaned and deodorized. HAIX footwear owners also have the option of a sole retread only or a toe cap replacement only.

Quality Boots
I have had more than my share of protective toe boots in 40 years of civil construction work. Usually had purchased Red Wings for their quality. Haix caught my eye and a clearance pair of Black Eagle Safety 52's caught my eye. one of the quickest break in periods of any boot I have had. they do run a bit narrow so compensate. Plenty of toe room. Light weight and the are COMFORTABLE right out of the box. If you want a real quality boot as good as a USA made Red Wing, Haix is it. They will look a little different and feel a little different (but still very comfortable), but they are the real deal. Hope they hold up like a well maintained pair of Red Wings. Thanks Haix.

Good boots
These boots have been good as I am working at ups as a package handler. I recommend saving money and buying a pair for yourself

Work boots
Bought these for our grandson who will be attending welding school soon. Lighter weight for him since he will be on his feet all day. He loves them.

Awesome as Expected
I have had these boots for two weeks, Finally starting to break in and my feet don't hurt after an 8 hour day. I have used Haix in the past and will continue in the future.

Having a difficult time keeping them tight. But overall a great fit and comfortable.

Haix quality
Haix makes great boots. These are no exception. They are true to size in length but do fit a bit narrow, so take that into account. They are a firm soled boot but when they form to your feet that is not a concern. Nice deep grooves for traction. A touch over 4 pounds in total weight for a pair of size 13 boots is great as well. A nice light weight boot.
The boots are exactly like they were described:light weight,well made and comfortable. However,for walking over rough terrain they're hard on the feet and they could also use some ankle support.

We are sorry that you think they are hard on rough terrain but that may ease up the more you wear them and break them in. The built-in arch support hugs your heels and offers support to prevent standing fatigue with pronation support in the mid and insole area to keep your ankles from rolling or twisting away from you. I apologize that you did not have this same experience while wearing them. We hope that you continue to give them a chance and and that they serve you better in the future.
